For custom OEM spout pouch orders, the regular MOQ usually starts from 5,000 pieces, depending on size, structure, and printing requirements. For selected standard items, we may also have unprinted stock available.

Yes. We can provide existing samples for quality checking, and you only need to cover the shipping cost. If you require a printed sample based on your own artwork, the lead time is usually 5 to 10 days.

We run quality control throughout the full process. Before mass production, we confirm the artwork and printing file with the customer. During printing and pouch-making, our engineers and QC team inspect color accuracy, sealing performance, leakage risk, and overall bag quality. Before shipment, we can provide inspection photos or retained samples for final confirmation.

In most cases, no. If the size and artwork remain unchanged, the same mold can normally continue to be used for repeat production.
