Characteristics of common materials of spout pouches

BOPP	High tensile strength, but low tear strength, good chemical stability, non-toxic, tasteless, odorless, excellent water resistance.
CPP	High transparency, good gloss and high stiffness, so the shelf display effect of packaged goods is good and high temperature resistance.
BOPET	The tensile strength is one of the highest in the existing plastic films, and it has extremely high barrier properties to air and odor, and is one of the fragrance-preserving materials.
BOPA	Tensile strength, tear strength, impact strength and burst strength are among the best among plastic materials.
PE	It is the most used variety in thin plastics, with good flexibility, high elongation and low hardness.
VMPET/VMCPP	High barrier performance film, excellent aroma retention and light screen knocking, can prevent food from oxidative deterioration.
EVOH	It has excellent gas resistance, fragrance retention and chemical resistance. It is suitable for oily liquids and toxic volatile products.
AL	Aluminum foil, a material with very good barrier properties, is opaque, impermeable to moisture and air.
